Spring season is almost here, and player evaluations are coming up! Evaluations help us form balanced teams and ensure the best experience for all players.
Who Needs to Attend?
All divisions are required to attend evaluations
Except: Tee-Ball, Softball Tee/Coach Pitch & Softball Hybrid (no evaluations required)
If your player is in Rookies, Hybrid, Minors, Majors, or Intermediate, new or returning, attendance is required.
EVALUATION SCHEDULE
Rookies (Ages 6–8)
• Last Names A–M: 9:00 AM
• Last Names N–Z: 9:45 AM
Hybrid (8-year-olds)
• All Players: 10:30 AM
Minors (Ages 9–10)
• Last Names A–M: 11:00 AM
• Last Names N–Z: 11:45 AM
Majors (Ages 11–12)
• All Players: 1:00 PM
Intermediate (Age 13)
• All Players: 2:00 PM
Important Notes
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to warm up
• Bring glove, bat, and any gear you have
• Evaluations are not tryouts — they help create balanced teams
• Tee-Ball, Softball Tee/Coach Pitch & Softball Hybrid players do not attend evaluations
